UTHM Assessing Electromagnetic Leakage from Microwave

According to him, "A total of five brands of different microwave ovens were tested using the latest equipment such as Semi-Anechoic Chamber and the Electric Field Probe. Based on measurements done in the oven door glass panel leaks resulting in the maximum for all brands, but only a brand recorded readings exceed the standards of 10:19 mW / cm ². Therefore as the precautions, it is advisable for users to be at least 1 meter from the oven is operating. "According to Dr. Zarar, the oven door is stained with oil and food debris contributed to the leak because it affects the ability to weaken the metal oven door of electromagnetic energy that leaked out. Therefore it is recommended that users keep clean, especially the sight of each oven door.
